Rabiya Al-Musleh
Rabiya Al-Musleh is a Development Manager with a Master’s degree from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Qatar University. Alongside her professional career, Rabiya is a passionate runner who has completed six international marathons, including three of the World Marathon Majors: Berlin 2023, London 2024, and Tokyo 2025. She was the first Qatari woman to complete a full marathon at the Ooredoo Marathon and currently holds the fastest Qatari record in the marathon distance.
Rabiya founded Athletic Edge, the largest women’s running group in Qatar, with the goal of empowering women through sports and promoting community health. Through this group, she has led numerous sports initiatives, including partnering with Qatar Foundation to organize the first and largest women’s race in the country, which received overwhelming participation from girls and women. In collaboration with Qatar Foundation, she also helped provide a dedicated training space for women in a safe environment, encouraging them to engage in running and develop their athletic abilities.
